CRM MANAGER – POST SALES

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager – Post Sales to lead and manage the complete customer journey from booking to possession and handover.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage customer relationships from booking through possession

* Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations

* Manage the complete post-sales lifecycle – booking, agreements, payments, registration, loans and possession

* Monitor collections, payment schedules and outstanding amounts

* Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Sales and Project teams

* Manage agreement execution, documentation and registration processes

* Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for home-loan processing and disbursements

* Coordinate possession, handover and snag/defect-related customer concerns

* Lead and manage the CRM/Post-Sales team

* Allocate customer portfolios and monitor team performance & KPIs

* Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS and management reports

* Drive customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of escalations

Required Skills

1.Strong experience in Real Estate CRM / Post-Sales Operations

2.Experience in residential real estate projects

3.Strong knowledge of collections and payment follow-up

4.Excellent customer relationship and communication skills

5.Strong stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skills

6.Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software & MIS reporting

7.Strong team management and leadership skills

8.Ability to independently handle customer escalations

9.Good command of English and Kannada; Hindi will be an advantage

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales or related field will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* 5–10 years of total experience

* Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate CRM/Post-Sales preferred

* Experience managing a CRM/Post-Sales team will be an advantage

* Residential project experience preferred

* Candidates comfortable working on-site at Hoskote, Bengaluru preferred
