Marketing Manager - Real Estate

Experience: 5+ Years.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute company-wide marketing strategies across all projects.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Lead the company's social media strategy, content planning, reels, videos, and brand storytelling.
• Drive lead generation campaigns while optimizing marketing budgets and improving ROI.
• Oversee SEO, website performance, email marketing, CRM campaigns, and marketing automation.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, videographers, media partners, and influencers.
• Plan and execute project launches, events, exhibitions, and offline marketing activities.
• Track campaign performance, analyze data, and present actionable insights to management.

We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing.
• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Strategy, and Brand Building.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• A creative, data-driven marketer who can convert ideas into measurable business results.
