Travel Requirement: Willing to travel frequently to Dharwad and Belagavi (Belgaum). Experience: 5+ Years.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP execution and coordination
- Experience in Residential and/or Commercial Construction Projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of MEP coordination software is an advantage)
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate MEP works at project sites
- Review MEP drawings and ensure execution as per specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Prepare progress reports, BOQs, and material planning
- Resolve site execution issues and ensure timely project completion
- Attend site inspections and client/consultant meetings
Travel: Must be willing to travel to Dharwad and Belagavi project sites as required.
