PRESALES EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an experienced Presales Executive to join our team.

1.Position: Presales Executive

2.Experience: 2–3 Years

3.Industry: Real Estate Experience Preferred

4.Location: Katamnallur Gate, Bangalore

5.Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries

* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project/property details

* Follow up with leads and convert them into site visits

* Coordinate with the Sales Team and schedule site visits

* Maintain regular communication with prospective customers

* Prepare and share project details, presentations, and quotations

* Maintain lead records and update follow-up status

* Support the sales team throughout the pre-sales process

Requirements

* 2–3 years of experience in Presales / Real Estate / Telecalling / Customer Relationship

* Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Good convincing and negotiation skills

* Strong follow-up skills

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM

* Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred
