Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a QS & Billing Engineer
- Experience in Residential and/or Commercial Construction Projects is mandatory
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities
- Quantity take-off from drawings, BOQs, and site measurements
- Prepare and verify client, subcontractor, and vendor bills
- Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, and quantity reconciliations
- Cost estimation, rate analysis, and variation statements
- Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and project teams
- Maintain billing records, project documentation, and MIS reports
- Ensure timely billing, cost control, and payment follow-ups
